About Jamie

In 2022 Jamie joined the Amica Talent team, specializing in mid-senior and executive-level Design & Engineering, Project Development, and EPC recruitment for the renewable energy sector in the US.

Having gained over 10 years of industry experience in environmental, transport, utilities, renewable energy, and marketing. He then managed GIS for one of the UK’s leading environmental consultancies.  More recently, Jamie worked as a consultant and technical lead for a global, multi-disciplinary engineering firm on several major infrastructure projects across the UK and global. Jamie’s move over to Amica was not only a natural progression of his career but sparked by a desire to have a positive global impact, aiming to bring together exceptional people with ambitious enterprises, each striving for a clean energy future.

As a student at Londons Kingston University, Jamie became passionate about the environment while studying for his GIS bachelor’s degree. During his studies, he began to understand the potential impact his GIS skills would have on conserving, restoring and preserving the environment, so he set out on a career path to pursue this passion.

Outside of work, he spends as much time as possible, whether walking with his family, jogging, or cycling huge distances across the country. Jamie holds firm on his belief that physical activity in nature has an immeasurable impact on mental wellness.
